I'll guide you through birth science and provide soul-warming support through my comprehensive curriculum. While working with you through those restless nights, I will:
- Night Feeding Support: Together, we'll work through feeding sessions with expert positioning guidance, whether breast or bottle feeding, ensuring both you and baby are comfortable and well-supported through each night-time feed.
- Physical Recovery Care: I'll attend to your postnatal healing needs during the night, offering practical support like perineal care, comfortable positioning, and hydration reminders whilst you focus on bonding with your baby.
- Sleep Optimisation: I'll help you maximise rest opportunities using proven settling techniques and baby care support, allowing you to get essential sleep whilst knowing your little one is in experienced hands.
- Household Support: I'll take care of night-time practical needs like bottle preparation, pump part cleaning, changing area restocking, and light tidying, ensuring you wake to an organised space.
- Morning Report: After the sun has risen, I'll give you a full report outlining how your little one got on through the night, and how I can help you and your family through the day ahead.

The overnight hours can feel especially isolating in the fourth trimester. As your nocturnal companion, I provide both practical support and emotional reassurance. I'll help you interpret your baby's nighttime cues, guide you through feeding challenges in the small hours, and maintain a calm, peaceful environment that promotes rest for the whole family.
Some nights you might need hands-on support with baby care so you can sleep deeply, other nights you might need someone to sit with you during those 3 am feeds.
