Feel calm and supported through pregnancy, labour, and early parenthood.
- Initial Consultation: Free introductory meeting to discuss your needs.
- Antenatal Visits: 2 sessions to prepare for labour and create a birth plan.
- Continuous Support: phone and email support from the moment you book.
- On-Call Availability: From 38 weeks until your baby arrives.
- Labour Support: Emotional and physical help, including natural pain relief techniques.
- Postnatal Check-in: One visit for birth debrief, breastfeeding, and baby care advice.

Comprehensive support for a confident, empowering birth experience. Includes all features from Nurture & Support, plus:
- Additional Antenatal Visit: 1 extra session for detailed preparation.
- Specialised Guidance: Tailored support for hypnobirthing, mindfulness, or water birth.
- Extended On-Call Availability: Starting at 37 weeks for extra reassurance.
- Enhanced Labour Support: Tools like use of aromatherapy and custom birth setting support.
- Postnatal Support: 1 visit for 3 hours plus 6 weeks of virtual guidance.
